Nathan Jerauld served in the U.S. Army from 2010–2016 as a Military Intelligence Officer. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2013 with 2nd Brigade, 10th Mountain Division. During his career, he achieved the rank of Captain, and received the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, and three Army Commendation Medals. He is presently a full-time graduate student at The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and the Syracuse University College of Law. He will graduate this May with a Masters of Public Administration and a Juris Doctor. He previously earned a B.A. in Political Science from Hillsdale College in 2009.
